SPANISH FORK, Utah — A single engine plane made an emergency crash landing near Arrowhead Trail in Spanish Fork, Utah.
"Payson Officers are on the scene of a single engine plane crash in the area of Arrowhead Trail," the Payson Police Department reported Tuesday evening. "The small engine plane left the Spanish Fork Airport and made an emergency landing in the field citing engine problems."
Police are reporting no injuries to either on the plane's occupants however, the plane did suffer damage to its landing gear.
The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) have been called in to investigate the cause of the crash.
