MILLCREEK, Utah — The Unified Police Department is seeking the public's assistance locating 6-year-old Terran Butler who was allegedly taken without consent from a court-supervised visit with his non-custodial biological mother.
According to police, Butler and his biological mother, Emily Jolley, had a court-supervised visit on September 26, 2020.
"When the father attempted to pick up Terran from the visit, Emily had taken Terran from the residence without consent," stated the department. "Terran was last seen in the area of Millcreek with Emily Jolley."
Butler is described as a 6-year-old Caucasian male with brown eyes, blonde hair, and was last seen wearing a blue shirt, black gym shorts, black, and blue hiking boots.
Jolley is described as a 43-year-old Caucasian female, approximately 5-8, 140lbs, with brown hair, and blue eyes.
Jolley drives a blue 2008 Toyota Prius bearing Utah license plate No. E847GT.
"Emily was last seen in the area of Millcreek with Terran with an unknown direction of travel or location," stated the Unified Police Department. "Emily has ties to Washington State and may be traveling to Washington with Terran."
"At this time, this incident does not meet Amber Alert criteria," continued a statement from the department. "The same information given in an Amber Alert has been distributed using other methods."
